4. Act with Integrity, Honesty, and Transparency

All interactions must be honest and professional. Workers must not exploit, deceive, or take advantage of vulnerable people in any way.

5. Maintain Professional Boundaries

Clear professional relationships must be maintained at all times. Personal, financial, or inappropriate relationships with clients are not permitted.

6. Protect Privacy and Confidentiality

Personal information must be handled securely and only shared when necessary and authorised.

7. Prevent Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation

Any form of abuse — physical, emotional, sexual, financial, or neglect — is strictly prohibited. Workers must take immediate action if they suspect harm or risk.

8. Respond to Concerns and Incidents

Concerns, complaints, or incidents must be reported and managed appropriately to protect the safety of the individual.

Our Zero-Tolerance Approach
